Lancaster 5k (5/5) – Saturday 29th September
Fairly good weather conditions greeted runners for the last of the 5k races and Gareth Booth was sitting on Martyn’s heels at 1 mile both passing in 4m 53 secs but just fading in the last mile,
yet still recording a decent time.
