Congratulation to Steve Nolan our only individual winner in the Grand Prix championship this year, Steve took the honours in the ‘Mens Individual’ class by a clear 10 points. Steve also took the 0/45 title.

Palma Half Marathon – 19th Oct

Mark Lysycia was off again on another of his weekend away races, this time in sunny Palma where he ran the half marathon in 1.35.59, which gave him 22md in his age group and 193rd from a field on 1158.
