Rules

10 runners to count for A team – irrespective of gender (worst race can be discarded)
8 runners to count for B team – irrespective of gender
6 runners to count for vets team – irrespective of gender
4 runners to count for ladies team
Best 7 races to count for individual prizes – 1st 5 men and 1st 5 ladies
Vets categories for individual prizes will be in 5yr periods – prizes for 1st and 2nd in each category
Your Vet category will be your age on your first race

These races will also be the Horwich RMI Harriers Road Championships Races for 2013.
