Gareth Booth showed a good return to fitness clocking 16:09 for 17th on this fast course. The winner was Gary Bristow of Trafford AC in 14:45.
Blacksticks Blue 10k, nr. Preston.
Sunday 9th May 2010.
Paul Muller took the overall victory in this challenging hilly 10k race. Paul Boardman, maintaining a busy race schedule, was very pleased with 9th place, and would recommend this race to anyone who likes a hilly road course on country lanes.
French Anne Half Marathon, Lancaster.

Ian Hamer also had a busy weekend finishing 18th in a time of 1:29:45.
