Seniors Train With Us
At Horwich we offer regular training sessions throughout the week which cater for a wide range of abilities from those who are just looking for a friendly group of fellow runners, through to the elite runners who are looking for expert coaching and support.
Sessions cover all athletic’s disciplines from on/off road running to track and field based activities. It is the aim of all the coaches to vary the training for you to increase the overal enjoyment, fitness and to gain a wide range of skill sets whilst keeping fit and injury free.
