Pennington Flash parkrun 25/06/22![]()
Number 1 for me and number 10 for my uncle Steve. ![]()
After 41 years of continuous running and racing I don’t know why it took me so long to do my first parkrun!![]()
Pleased to say it was a great experience. ![]()
A tough, hilly course but such a scenic location. ![]()
1st in age category, 5th overall, 19mins 45s![]()
Really enjoyed being there with my uncle Steve who continues to be an inspiration. 8 months after his triple heart by pass surgery and with a replacement knee he was still able to finish mid field! Absolutely incredible! ![]()
