Accrington 10k Sunday 25th Oct.

Richard Howarth continued his good form with a fine second place on this undulating 10k course, his time of 34.59 was a minute behind winner Steve Littler of Wesham.
Glyn Kay was next in, running well for his 38.09 and 8th place. Lesley Fisher again took the ladies 0/50 prize finishing 11th overall in 45.27. Derek Kay made up our small continent to the race taking the first 0/65 spot in 47.17.
