Smashing 5k Pb’s at the Podium 5k Race at Barrowford. Lewis by 30 seconds, Toby by 50 seconds, this is where it’s at guys this is where we need to be for the future pb’s. Once again great effort from Parents to get
them there.

Not to be outdone, in the A race these 3 had a great nights running – Chris Farrell Mike Caton & Tim Ellis in the dark at the podium 5k, yet more pb’s.
