Liverpool Cross Country Mid Lancs League

If you’re running at Liverpool on Saturday you will get a NEW NUMBER when you turn up. I have registered some runners, but not everyone, so if you turn up and there is no number assigned to you for this race, go to the Mid Lancs tent and get one. It will cost you nothing but allow yourself an extra 10 minutes so it’s not a rush.
