Lancaster 5k – 25th Aug

Two Harriers raced in the latest Lancaster 5k race with quality performances from both. Martyn Bell took third place with an impressive time of 15:49. In the Ladies race Rachael Thompson also took third against quality opposition in a time of 17:34.
