Mearly Clough 3.5M/1200ft – 14th May 2011

Five of our ladies turned out for this the second in the English Fell Championships. Lindsey Brindle had a storming run to finish a fantastic 5th overall. Great performance too by Debbie Campbell finishing well up the field in a very creditable 15th. Margaret Huyton, Mary White & Suzanne Budgett also had creditable runs making up the Horwcih ladies.

Eight men were also in attendance with James Kevan first home in 35th, closely followed by ALastair Murray in 49th. Mick Green, Ian Hepburn and Tim Roe made up the team. John Parker appears to the first Vet 70 (but is down as a V55 in the results).
