Richard Howarth ran a PB of 55.54 when winning the race from clubmate Paul Muller who ran 57.27. Richard is improving with every race and this outright win will boost his confidence even further, well done Richard. Paul Muller continues to run quality times, when you consider that he was 10 minutes faster than the second 0/50. Lesley Fisher also is getting back into some terrific form finishing third lady overall from 60 ladies and first lady 0/50 by 19 minutes! Well done Lesley.
Looks like Paul now has some competition on the time margins in the 0/50 groups.
