Colin Rigby moved within a second of a sub 16 5k at this well attended race, with an entry of 417. Col went 12 seconds faster than Blackburn where he had a cracker, so he should be well pleased with his 16.00 time and 1st 0/40 in 7th place overall. Training partner Neil Pendlebury obviously helped to pull Col along as Neil ran a PB of 15.55 just in front for 5th place.
