Big PB for James

James Kevan gave his 5k PB a big boost when clocking 15.26 at the Sale Sizzler last night. Running in good company James finished 4th in a quality field just 10 seconds behind Dave Norman in 3rd. This puts James 26th nationally in the U/23 category.
Gareth Booth ran his second race in two days finishing 13th in 16.19, and feeling a little jaded, but he was off on his holiday today so he can now chill out for a week in the sun. Karl Ward ran 17.37 for 37th place and Simon Parkinson – our only other member – running well for 50th and 18.09.
