Cuerden Valley 10k Trail Race 16th July.

New member Richard Howarth sporting his club vest for the first time ran a super 36.36 to take second place on the night and a lead in this series of four races. Paul Muller came next for the club in 9th in 38.44, but nursing an injury that had him off his usual race pace. Paul Boardman still on his race average of two a week gave good back up in 14th place running 39.49.
