Kendal Winter League
Darren Kay has been quietly getting on with his racing and returning some good results of late. In the Kendal Winter League Darren has already run three races with two wins and a third, the last being the Fairmile race in the Howgills on Sunday the 1st Feb where he won in 25.15. His third place at the Stanbury Splash on the 25th was on a non taper week, and shows he is in form for a good run in the Winter Hill race this weekend, hopefully we can give Darren strong club support in the team event.
For those interesting in doing short low key races then the Kendal Winter League is very welcoming and I would recommend it to anyone starting out in fell running.
