In the 14 mile race in mid Wales in very muddy conditions our only runner was Pete Bland finishing in 428th place and third O/60 in a field of 918 runners.

Three Harriers ran in the 10k race with first to finish Tony Hesketh in a fine 12th place. Despite losing three places in the final half mile he was first O/60. Brenda Hesketh had her best run in quite a while winning first LO/55 in 174th. Finally newcomer Christa Whatmough found the race hard but finished in 203rd place out of 280 runners.
