Ian Hodgson Mountain Relay

Its that time of year again when we start to put the teams together for the Ian Hodgson Mountain Relay. The club has entered 2 teams, with an option for 2 more if there is demand. This means everyone who wants a run should get a run provided we can fill a team. So if you would like to run, please get in touch with one of the fell captains, and we will do our best to make sure you get to take part in this fantastic event.

For those who don’t know, this is a classic mountain relay for teams of 8 running in pairs. It’s a tough event and a great day out.

Entries are also open for the FRA relays, being run this year from Kettlewell in the Yorkshire Dales on Saturday 15th October. We hope to field at least 1 Open and 1 Ladies teams, but will apply for more teams if there is demand. Please register your interest with your fell captains as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
