Just a couple of Harriers ran this lapped course in Victoria Park Southport, Pete Bland was getting in his race quota for the weekend before his duties at the Pike race, and Karl Ward was just getting in another race and testing out his speed, after a couple of weeks of track work. Pete faired pretty well with 27.14 and second vet 0/60, with Karl taking over a minute of last year’s time, running 22.52.
