Belarus 10k Parbold

We had three runners inside the top ten, with Paul Muller (34.40) taking his customary club lead in 4th and the first 0/50. Glyn Kay made a return to some form finishing 6th in 37.43. Paul Boardman continues his relentless race program – seemingly impervious to injury – in a fine 7th place, and Derek Kay made it a family double running 44.43 in 36th place and first 0/65.

Run Preston 10k

Stuart Edmundson made a welcome return to racing after a illness lay off and did exceptionally well finishing just outside the top ten in 11th running 36.10. Lets hope it is all plain sailing now as Stuart gets back to full fitness. We only had one other runner racing Gillian Burnell who finished a creditable 292nd from a field of 623.
